Harpreet Nahal was born and raised in the Okanagan and legally trained at the University of Victoria. Harpreet worked for 2 of the largest law firms in Canada, in BC and Alberta, before returning home to the beautiful Okanagan. He is called to the bar and practices law in both Provinces.

Harpreet has a broad range of experience as a solicitor having worked for small businesses, large corporations, public institutions and individuals of all income levels. He is an expert in the areas of real estate, development, business and banking law. He has extensive experience with legal transactions, corporate structuring, contract drafting and dispute resolution. His approach is highly practical and result based.
