Harpreet Nahal

Harpreet can be identified as a lawyer, a professional and an entrepreneur. He is passionate about real estate and business and has hands on experience operating businesses and real estate ventures. Having been in similar situations, understanding market pressures and feeling emotional rollercoasters both good and bad like his clients, he is able to provide practical advice that resolves problems or results in successful transactions.
As a solicitor he has worked for small businesses, large corporations, public institutions and individuals of all income levels. He practiced law at the largest law firm in Canada before starting Lake City Law in 2016 in his hometown. He is an expert in the areas of real estate, development, leasing, construction, business and banking law. He has extensive experience with legal transactions, corporate structuring, contract drafting and dispute resolution.
Like all business operators, Harpreet has encountered a range of disputes. He can effectively guide resolutions through negotiation, arbitration, mediation and litigation processes. Experiencing the dispute process sharpens a lawyer’s ability to avoid them and, importantly, be on the winning end of future ones.

Kirndeep was born and raised in Vernon, British Columbia and following the completion of her post secondary studies returned to her roots in the Okanagan. Kirndeep maintains a varied solicitors practice which includes advising clients on their real estate matters, corporate/commercial needs and estate planning.
